Born out of a basement meeting between a machinist, an accountant, a banker and a lawyer the company has since grown and thrived through the decades. Specializing in high-precision turned parts and connectors, Pleasant Manufacturing utilizes advanced multi-axis CNC machines capable of profiling, milling, cross-drilling, cross-tapping, and slotting. Our complement of CNC Lathes enables us to accommodate a wide variety of order sizes, from prototypes to full production runs. Our ongoing investment in state-of-the-art equipment allows us to complete complex components in a single operation, minimizing part handling and process times to deliver consistent efficiency and precision.
We have the capability to machine parts up to 2-1/2" bar diameter and up to 10" chucking, using a broad selection of materials such as steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, bronze, aluminum, plastics, and other specialty materials.
